ABOUT BOUCHER GUITARS
Established in 2005 by Robin Boucher, Boucher Guitars was founded with the dream to create and develop acoustic guitars whose sound, playability and aesthetics would match the talent and inspiration of the best guitarists in the world. With this goal in mind, Robin Boucher assembled a team of passionate craftsmen and luthiers to patiently and meticulously make and assemble handcrafted acoustic guitars with outstanding sonority and uncompromising quality.
Located in the Appalachian mountains of Quebec, Boucher has access to some of the finest red spruce in the world, which grows abundantly in this region, and is recognized worldwide for it's unparalleled sonic properties in acoustic guitars. Boucher marries this exceptional top wood with exotic hardwoods sourced from around the world, enhancing both the aesthetics and prodigious sound of their instruments. Each guitar produced is tailored to its musician's expectations, boasting extraordinary projection, harmonic richness, and balance.
Renowned artists worldwide cherish their unique connection to Boucher Guitars.

rare quality
Boucher's red spruce soundboards are so highly regarded that, after keeping the best for their own instruments, they still sell several thousand every year to other world-renowned acoustic guitar manufacturers.
Innovation
Boucher was the first to introduce torrefied red spruce soundboards. Several testimonies from leading specialty magazines and renowned luthiers have called the torrefied soundboard the most significant innovation in the world of high-end acoustic guitar in the last 40 years.
Craftsmanship
Every Boucher guitar is unique. They are handcrafted individually by guitar builders who gradually build them, paying attention to details, and monitoring their evolution until they leave the workshop, making sure that no guitar leaves the shop unless it meets Boucher's high standards of quality.
